Delivery Terms

Delivery Zone

Products purchased on the website can be delivered in France.

Products are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.

In case of an error in the customer's contact details or incomplete information, BOWDIES cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the ordered product(s).

Shipping Costs

When placing an order on the website, the customer must choose the delivery method and location.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE:

• Colissimo (Home Delivery – 2 to 3 business days): €6.80
• Mondial Relay (Pickup Point – 3 to 5 business days): €5.80
• Free delivery for purchases over €100 at a pickup point (Metropolitan France only)

. Delivery Times

For any order placed on the Site, BOWDIES undertakes to prepare customer orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and a maximum of 10 business days during peak periods (Christmas, sales, etc.), it being specified that these deadlines only start from the validation of your order.

When BOWDIES is responsible for the transportation of the product, the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the customer upon delivery.

For these deadlines to be met, the Customer must ensure that accurate and complete information regarding the Delivery address has been provided (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).

BOWDIES cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are not its fault or are justified by a force majeure event (as defined below). BOWDIES also reserves the right to split deliveries. The debit from your credit or payment card will be split in the same way to match the price of the products actually delivered. Shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment and in accordance with the

information in your order summary.

Right of Withdrawal – Returns and Refunds

Right and Period of Withdrawal

You have a legal right of withdrawal that you can exercise under the conditions provided for by articles L. 121-21, L. 121-21-1 and L. 121-21-2 of the Consumer Code, excluding perfumes and cosmetic products, if you meet the conditions set by these provisions, without having to give reasons and without having to pay penalties.

BOWDIES' general return policy (for any refund request) allows you to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of Product Delivery, without having to give reasons and without having to pay a penalty. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.

. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

We offer you the possibility to submit your declaration of withdrawal by sending us an email to bowdies.contact@gmail.com. You will then receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email.

Return and Refund Procedures Return Procedure

When exercising the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with intact labels and accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in case of partial return.

The return of a product, in case of a refund request, is at your expense and at your own risk.

To do this, you must send an email to bowdies.contact@gmail.com stating your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reasons why you wish to make a return. Within a maximum of one week, you will receive a return voucher by email to send back your order, along with instructions.

In the absence of the order return voucher inside the package, BOWDIES will not be able to process the refund for the returned products.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled returned products will not be refunded.

Refund

In the event of a refund request, it will be processed within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the Product(s) by BOWDIES. Once the products have been received, inspected, and accepted by our service, the refund, excluding the initial order's shipping costs, will be made using the same payment method used during the order.

Please note, however, that an additional delay may be applied by your bank during the refund process.
